Zusio+ subscription terms
Conditions for paid Zusio+ features purchased through Apple.
Product and seller
Zusio+ unlocks the features shown in the purchase screen for the stated period. The App Store purchase sheet identifies the seller, price, billing period and any trial before confirmation. Apple processes the transaction under the applicable App Store terms; Zusio remains responsible for providing its service obligations.
Price and renewal
The displayed local price includes applicable taxes unless Apple states otherwise. A recurring subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least as required by Apple before renewal. Apple controls charging and renewal timing.
Trials and offers
A free trial or introductory offer applies only if shown in the Apple purchase sheet and if Apple confirms eligibility. The regular price and renewal date are displayed before purchase. Deleting or reinstalling the app does not create new eligibility.
Restore and devices
Use Restore Purchases to ask Apple and RevenueCat to restore an entitlement associated with the purchasing Apple account. Under the configured transfer rule, a recognised store entitlement is transferred to the new Zusio app-user ID and may cease to be available to the previous Zusio account. A restoration may take time and depends on valid store data. Contact support@zusio.app with non-sensitive transaction context if access is missing.
Cancellation and account deletion
Manage or cancel the subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting a Zusio account or the app does not cancel billing. Account deletion remains available immediately, and the app links to Apple subscription management beforehand.
Withdrawal and refunds
Use Apple’s purchase history and reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple refund requests. Whether a statutory withdrawal right exists or has expired depends on the transaction and legal requirements. Mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranty and claims for non-performance remain unaffected.
Changes and availability
Material changes to paid features or price follow applicable notice, store and consumer-law requirements. Security, compatibility and legal updates may be required. A temporary outage does not remove mandatory remedies.
